After you have selected one or more yachts that are interesting for you, send us your request. If you have trouble choosing a yacht, starting port or a sailing area – just contact us – our team will be glad to help with advice and guide you through the booking process.
Once you have sent a request to us, you will quickly receive our official offer that matches your request's details. That offer presents all the yachts with confirmed prices and availability status. Of course, you can ask our booking agents about more specific details about each yacht in particular.
After you have decided on the exact yacht you want to book, that yacht will be reserved or optioned for you for couple of days. Within those few days you have to confirm your reservation with a payment of 50%. Choose from different payment options, make the payment and you are ready to sail out.

We have interacted primarily with Ante. He is immediately responsive, takes care of all the forms, and gives suggestions for marinas and accomodations.
We've coordinated three charters through Danielis - an Ionian islands trip, Croatia, and Dodecanese. Each time he has found a boat that fits our request and a very reliable charter companies. My sense is that the charter companies also prefer using a broker like Danielis-- it saves them time and for the customer, the price is always the same.
We will continue to use Danielis to charter boats in Europe. btw, We usually charter 4 cabin Beneteaus, but the Sun Odyssey 490 is even better. The layout on deck makes more sense and the "walk around" design is a winner.

Pros:
1. Comfortable berths.
2. Well equipped galley

6. Providing the skipper with 2000 euros at the start for marina fees/fuel and skipper meals was better than providing funds on an as needed basis,
Cons:
1. Meeting at the marina was disorganised. Would have been better if a meeting point and time had been specified. Provide a details map of the marina.
2. There was a distinct lack of carts at the marina which made transporting luggage/provisions frustrating and difficult. Suggest that Navigare provide more carts for clients.
3. Based on feedback from skipper there was no need to present boarding pass to Navigare. Would have been useful to know this beforehand as I wasted time hauling luggage/provisions to Navigare offices
4. There were plenty of opportunities to replenish provisions on the trip alleviating the need to buy a weeks provisions before the trip.
5. Internet that we payed for did not work. Fortunately Mario was able to set up his phone a a hot spot.
6. The boat did not have an inverter which meant that one of our group could not use their CPAP machine for the night we spent on a buoy
With better organisation and communication at the beginning of our trip frustrations could have been alleviated. Thankfully the rest of trip went very well and we had a great week.
After a frustrating and disorganised start to our trip we spent a wonderful week cruising the islands off Dubrovnik. Mario was a wonderful skipper, suggesting some wonderful restaurants and introducing us to some nice towns and villages

Bad experience with the renter.
As you don\'t know who is the real renter before booking, you cannot check google ratings. We don\'t recommend this renter. Any relations with this company should be stopped.

The Boat was Fabulous but that Charter Company Spartivento were less so

The boat and sailing was fabulous. The check in procedure at Spartivento was less than ideal though. Despite us advising them of our ETA we were kept hanging around until after 5.30pm to access the boat. This wasn\'t helped by the fact that there wasn\'t anywhere sheltered for guests to wait. We were all kept sitting around outside for hours in 30 degrees of heat!
Once the boat was handed over to us we asked for a few additional items such as wine glasses (no wine glasses on a boat!!!) and these were delivered after a bit of a fight the following day. Pillows with fresh pillow protectors also requested as the ones on the boat seemed dirty.
Id highly recommend The Aeolian Islands for the more experienced sailor. Our 7 day trip had to be curtailed by 3 days because of poorer weather and high winds and this was in early September.
